National Road Safety Progress Reports are released annually by Australian, state and territory infrastructure and transport ministers.

The Community Attitudes to Road Safety - 2025 Survey (CAS) Report has been released. The CAS is a long-running national survey series that provides a longitudinal evidence-based on Australian community attitudes, perceptions and behaviours relating to road safety.

The National Road Safety Strategy 2021-30 sets ambitious targets for reducing road trauma during the next decade, putting us on a path to zero road deaths and serious injuries by 2050 (Vision Zero).

A new Serious injuries from road crashes dashboard is now available. The dashboard presents dynamic visualisations of the latest available hospitalisation data and enables a provisional baseline to be established to monitor progress against serious injury reduction targets in the next National Road Safety Strategy.
